Reiki is a practice of self-healing, with the intention of bringing us back to our original state of wellbeing, leaving our suffering behind.

Life is a challenging journey that can be wonderful, but at other times, leave our mind and body out of balance. Reiki is a safe, natural healing method, enabling the practitioner to be a channel for new energy to be delivered to you; by placing the hands on different positions on the body, freeing the body to heal itself.

At times when we are stressed, anxious or unwell, we often need a helping hand to calm our mind and to feel better. I offer Reiki treatments as a way to help others achieve peace of mind, body and spirit. Receiving Reiki treatments is a great way to start taking care of your well being.

Jikiden Reiki is traditional Japanese Usui Reiki that has been 'directly taught' or 'handed down'. It is true to the original form of Reiki taught by Usui Sensei, without influences from other healing modalities or cultures. This makes it simple and effective. Read more...
